Clerivaâ„¢ offers several products, each with its own refund or replacement terms. Please review the Refund & Replacement section on the individual product page before you buy; those terms take precedence over the general guidelines below.
Order Cancellation
We understand plans can change.

Cancel or modify within 24 hours: Use our Contact Us form or email support@cleriva.com with your Order Number (or the Name + Email on the order).

After 24 hours, your order is usually in processing and may no longer be changed or canceled.

Approved cancellations are refunded within 7 business days.
Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Because every Clerivaâ„¢ product serves a different purpose, return-window lengths, restocking fees, and replacement eligibility differ by item.

Check the product page: Each listing displays its specific money-back timeline, return requirements, and whether replacements are offered.

To start a return, follow the steps on that product’s page or contact us with your order details.

Items must meet the condition guidelines stated on the relevant product page to qualify for a refund or replacement.
Damaged Items
We treat an item as damaged only when the product itself is broken or defective on arrival (dented packaging alone is not damage).

Notify us within 24 hours of delivery at support@cleriva.com with clear photos.

If the item meets the damage criteria for that product, we will send a replacement at no cost.

Damage caused by normal wear, misuse, or after the stated warranty period is not eligible.
Shipping & Delivery
Courier delays, customs inspections, or other shipping issues can occasionally arise. While these are outside our control, we’ll work with you to find a solution if your package is lost, stolen, or excessively delayed.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Entered a wrong address? Let us know within 24 hours. After that, your eligibility for a resend or refund will depend on the terms shown on the product page.
